Close to 31 million people in 3,700 municipalities benefit from our waste collection services every day across the globe. Applying state-of-the-art technology to each activity, we continue to improve our capacity to respond to the challenge posed by the thousands of tonnes of solid urban waste collected daily in some of the world's most important cities, until we reach over 27 million tonnes collected per year. Depending on the needs of each city, we employ different collection systems, each with vehicles and containers chosen to maximise efficiency and minimise inconvenience for citizens.
