FCCenviro publishes its third Sustainability Report and reinforces its commitment to environmental transformation

FCCenviro, the company that brings together the environmental services activities of the FCC Group, has published its third Sustainability Report, covering the 2025 financial year. The report outlines the company's main environmental, social and governance achievements and reaffirms its commitment to transparency and sustainable value creation. 

In 2025, FCCenviro achieved revenues of €4.74 billion, representing a 9% increase compared to the previous year, while consolidating its international presence across 12 countries with a workforce of 51,575 employees. 

Among the year's key milestones is the launch of its Decarbonisation Roadmap, which includes more than €800 million in additional investment. The company also managed more than 26 million tonnes of waste, generated 1,953 GWh of electricity through Energy-from-Waste facilities, and increased the share of ECO and zero-emission vehicles in its fleet to 19.56%. 

"This third Sustainability Report reflects how we continue to embed sustainability into our decisions and operations. The progress achieved in decarbonisation, circular economy, innovation and talent development demonstrates our commitment to contributing to cleaner, more efficient and more resilient cities," said Íñigo Sanz, CEO of FCCenviro. 

The report also highlights progress in employment, training, diversity and occupational health and safety, as well as the company's improved alignment with the EU Taxonomy. In 2025, 45.2% of revenue, 25.1% of CapEx and 34.6% of OpEx were associated with environmentally sustainable activities. 

With this new report, FCCenviro strengthens its commitment to transparency and accountability while outlining its key priorities to continue transforming waste into resources and contributing to a more circular and sustainable future.
