Governance

In recent years, growing efforts to strengthen ethical and transparent business conduct have been reflected in increased regulation, resulting in an increasingly complex framework. FCC Enviro, aware of the importance of adapting to all these new legislative developments and committed to ethical and responsible business conduct, has established mechanisms to prevent, detect and mitigate potential risks and non-compliance. This commitment extends from the governing bodies to all persons involved in its activities.

As part of the FCC Group, FCC Enviro is exposed to various inherent risk factors, not only those arising from the nature of its activities, but also those related to constant environmental, economic, social and geopolitical changes in the different countries in which it operates.

To prevent these factors from interfering with the achievement of objectives or damaging the company's image and reputation, a Risk Management Model has been established, in line with the FCC Group, which is aimed at the prevention, identification and management of both financial and non-financial risks that may affect the company's various operations.

One of the key documents for good corporate governance is the FCC Group's Code of Ethics and Conduct, which establishes the guidelines that govern the actions and behaviour of its professionals in ethical, social and environmental matters.
